In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from the date after you received your order.

If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the item.

Instructions for returning goods:-

If you would like to return an item, please send us an e-mail, with your address, the order number and a description of the item you are returning. 

Package the items that you are  returning within 14 days of the date of the notification and include the delivery note that was in your original package.

 

You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. You will be refunded for the value of the returned items, less the delivery charges. P&P is only refunded if your items were faulty/incorrect on delivery.

We  strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original packaging to Egerton Gift Box, 243 Blackburn Road, Egerton Bolton BL7 9SN

If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.

The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase, please allow 7 days after we receive the parcel for the funds to arrive in your account.

We only offer exchanges within the shop, if you want to exchange an item you will have to return and re order.
